Al-salam 'alaykum!

I just confronted a person in "chat" who had no idea how to post in this forum or reply. I thought if we can have a sticky thread upfront, which can guide the novices/beginners about how to use the site. As I also remember when I was new to the internet forum thing years back then, it would be hard for me to figure out things.

Anyways just a suggestion.
