Hi there, I'm in my 3rd year of university( studying environmental biology). My brother lives in Australia, and i would like to go ahead and study medicine in Australia. He thinks it would be better that i come live in Australia(ie get a permanent residence) so as to reduce the cost of medschool, before applying to medschool.

What i'm tryin to say/ask is what's the best way to go about everything.

Need all the help I can get.
