well that depend in which school you are going to....some of this school have the premed +med program...5 to 6 years long ,but some of this medschool let you go back to US for clinicals,in your case as a new grad .thats mean you will go back in your third year of med school,so you will end some place in Florida or NY area, doing clinical rotation for a couple years,is not that bad...or on the other hand in the state you have to get a B/S in any thing + med school which will take you 8 years ,besides the Mcat is so hard to begin.To study in RD is the most economic place in the caribian.let me know if you need more info.
