Are the UNIBE clinicals after or before one takes the USMLE?

Actually the MCAT is not hard if the student has been serious in their premed studies.

So the clinicals last for two years right?

The reason i want to attend med school in the Carib's is because it takes only five years compared to eight years in the U.S.
