    Need Help

Hi guys. I've recently completed my intermediate and got an overall of 68.55, I know its not good because this not what I expected from the papers I gave. I applied for different universities but I have a really low NTS score. I don't think I'll be able to get into DOW or SMC for BDS or MBBS.
Its got me really worried and not sure about what I should do now. I'm thinking of taking courses like dental technology or bio-medical engineering but I don't know about their scope in Pakistan. I don't want to waste a year.
    Want your suggestions
