my mom and dad keep tellin me to massage my head with almond oil (sarson ka thayl) so that i will have nice hair for the rest of my life and that i dont go bald.........ive never seen any proof of it.............is it true that massaging ur head with oil keeps u from going bald???????????November 5th, 2007, 08:06 PM #2

Almonds have a high zinc content. Zinc ions are a neurotransmitter. In the frontal cortex the release of zinc or zinc ions may play a role to facilitate the building of memory in the hippocampus.

some beauty therapist lady told me any sort of oil is bad for the hair because it "swells" the hair up making them too "thick" for the cuticle or root to hold and so it falls...she sounded convincing..oh n almonds..lol its all my mum forces me to eat during exam period...but i guess thats because its sunnah to eat them hmmmm."Are you allergic to our mascara???
