I am a high school grad. thnking of going ot foriegn med school. I have heard about domi republic- how is it. Is spanish a requirement

It depends the university that you choose to go to. For example in the one I'm attending, it is a requirement because none of the clases are given in english. But, Unibe for example, medicine is taught in english so you don't need the spanish unless its something you would like to learn.
