ExclamationNew Surprising Change in IBCC Equilance!

    Hey everyone!
I found this out recently that to calculate the Alevels equilancy, IBCC now considers 8 Olevels subjects unlike last year, when only 5 [Bio, Phy, Chem, Eng and best from Isl, P.K Std and Urdu] were taken in account. I know this coz i got my equilance made last year, which came out to be 853/1100, and IBCC only asked for my Alevels provisional result and Olevel equilance certificate which they had issued, to calculate it. I got it made again this year since i improved grades and to my dismay, its less than last years! And this year they askd for my Alevels result as well as my Olevels result.

Rumours are that from 2009 onwards they will make an equilancy of only those students which have taken 8 subjects at a sitting, in one try! So all those who ahve younger siblings, do take care and keep this in mind.
