I think for Cell, Muscle, Immune sys, and respiratory... Sherwood is better. For Cardiovascular and Hematology Guyton is better. For GIT, both are fine. Guyton has more stuff for respiratory physio... but the basic concepts are better explained in the Sherwood. Don't forget to do Sherwood flow charts and tables.... they are really good for reviewing everything..
And for MCQs, brs is good. Plus Pretest physiology mcqs with their explainations are really good for clearing up concepts.
Musthaq and Guyton mainly. Did refer to Gunong once in awhile, but mainly these two. Others passed with only Musthaq.
