I dont know what kind of an informative forum it is! No one replies in time. It is so frustrating. I dont know about facts and figures but what I have read about these three
1. Shifa
2. Foundation
3. Frontier
It depends on your merit too. Shifa's case is solved now and by far it is considered the best in the twin cities. Wait for more authentic replies if someone is in the mood to help you out. :?
Because no one is hired or gets paid to do it. Everyone with the right information is already a medical student and is obviously very busy and the only reason they come here to help you out at all is out of the goodness of their heart. No one is 'supposed' to be here on time to help you out with your frustrations. A little patience and gratitude would be nice or no one will actually reply at all. Besides, the question is posted at 7:26 pm and you are frustrated by 8:49 pm? What kind of forum is this? The 'free' kind.
1. Shifa because it is following the integrated curriculum, modular system and has trained faculty. Also because it makes the highest number of USMLE graduates in Pakistan. And it's ranked 2nd in private colleges after AKU.
2. FUMC because it is run by the army, it is disciplined and it has a high merit which means a good standard.
3. Frontier. Because it is the third option beside the first two. I don't know it too well though.
I'm first year student at Fumc.
What I think is that shifa and foundation are almost equal.
And it depends on students how passionate they are about their studies.
Students who score good in Mcat and fail to get into GMC join Fumc.
And those who have good fsc score but bad Mcat prepare for shifas entrance test and join shifa.
