the gov unis were built a very long time a go (most of them, anyways) and they havent been upgraded so a lot of the higher ranked ones have well...worn-down labs and the environment considering the people i guess depends on the city you end up living in. 2 new unis i.e Ameer-ud-din and Sheikh Zayed bin Khalifa, both in Lahore have entered the "UHS scene" and seem to have good reviews because of their better developed facilities but I can't say much about the social scene there because I don't much. But, considering they're in Lahore, I'm guessing it'll be good. Other than that, I guess there's SIMS and AIMC and KE, youll get mixed views regarding them. The point I'm trying to make is- The bigger the city, the better. Otherwise, if you're looking for the FULL experience of both education and a good, healthy time I'd go for private universities like AKU or Shifa etc. But mostly, AKU because it has amazing facilities and teaching methods.

I honestly don't know. I didn't really look into them. But I've heard that CMH is pretty good.
