there was a news on City42 yesterday....

hearing is postponed probably for 2-3 days & notice to 118 private medical colleges is issued for delaying the admission process & not to demand for fees till gov. put there lists.

here is today's article from dawn:

'entrance test: Hearing of several identical petitions against mandatory condition of entrance test by the University of Health Sciences (UHS) for admission to medical colleges and changes in criteria for the test was adjourned on Monday without any progress due to unavailability of Justice Chaudhry Shahid Saeed.

On the last hearing, Justice Saeed heading a division bench had restrained the UHS from implementing its Oct 20 merit list for admission to MBBS classes. Students Zubair, Maqsood Ahmed Qureshi, Dr Shagufta Mubeen, Ms Robina Iqbal, Javaid Iqbal, Khurshid and Samra Sagheer filed these petitions. On Monday, more students filed petitions to become party to the case.'

Who knows what they're going to do now! They've left it so late already, I mean, How did it not occur to anyone to act on this before the entrance took place....

They've left 33,000 students miserably waiting and there's no decision they could make that would make every single one of them happy....#frown
