Hey guys!
I graduated highschool from Pakistan, A-Levels, currently in Michigan, because my family moved back. I have a dilemma, I can go the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor for my pre-med or come back to Pakistan and apply to Aga Khan and what not. What really concered me was the residencies. Can anyone here tell me how hard it will be to get a good residency back in the USA after getting my MBBS degree? And are Internal Med, Family Practice, and OB/GYN the only options? What about Radiology and Anastheology?
Thanks Alot,
Salman Khan.

It'll be very hard, and you might not even get more than one option the first time around, which may very well be in the fields that you mentioned.

Fields like Radiology and Anesthesia probably won't even consider you unless you have great letters of rec and research + clinical work done + publications.

Much easier to go the US route. Aga Khan will get you a high USMLE score, but it doesn't guarantee you a spot anywhere.
