I think that the self finance scheme for foreign students doesnt come into the general self finance scheme cuz the foreign self finance scheme are basically nomination seats by the HEC.........
If self finance foreign seats really are gona be changed to local merit than the only foreigners at govt colleges would be the ones on the ptap seat...and i think that there is only one of those seats at each govt colleges..........
this means that smarter kids will get in every year and the average prof scores will increase but no matter what the score may be the professors are gona maintain the number of suplees every year and therefore it will be more difficult to pass cause the foreigners are always compared with foreginers in the admission process.............and the locals with the locals and the locals.........and since the locals ar gona be smarter the foreigners will end up getting suplees.....like they always do...NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
